About Turulov

Turulov is an app where you chat with AI characters. The characters are not real people, and there is no messaging between users. By using the app you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

• Turulov is for adults. You must be 18 or older to use the private chat, and you must confirm your date of birth to open it.
• You must give a phone number that belongs to you and keep your sign-in secure.

Using the app

• Don't try to break, overload or reverse engineer the app or its servers.
• Don't use the app for anything illegal, or to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
• Don't try to make a character act as, or describe, anyone under 18, or any real person.
• Don't share your account with others.

AI characters

Replies are written by an AI. They can be wrong, and they are not advice of any kind: medical, legal, financial or otherwise. Characters are fictional and what they say does not represent real people or feelings.

Coins and payments

• The everyday chat is free. The private chat, gifts and photos use coins.
• Coins are bought through our payment provider, are for use inside Turulov only, have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Coins you buy don't expire. Free coins (daily claims, referral rewards) may change or stop at any time.
• Prices and how many messages a coin covers can change. A change doesn't affect coins you have already bought, or a payment already started.
• Coin purchases are final and not refundable. See the Refund Policy for the few cases we do fix, such as a payment taken without coins being added.

Referrals

You can enter a friend's code once, while your account is new. We can change or end the referral program, and cancel rewards that come from abuse.

Our rights

We can limit or end access to the app for anyone who breaks these terms or abuses the service. The app, its characters, images and software belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal, limited right to use the app.

Our responsibility

We provide Turulov "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes and contact
