Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Turulov ("we", "us") collects when you use the app, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Phone number. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone number.
- Profile. If you create one: name, date of birth, gender, who you're interested in, bio and photos. For the private chat we also keep the date of birth you give us to confirm you are an adult.
- Chats. The messages you send to characters and their replies, including voice messages, images, stickers, reactions and gifts.
- Purchases. Coin orders, their amounts and status. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we do not see or store your card or UPI details.
- Device and usage data. A device name, when you were last active, your IP address and technical logs needed to run and protect the service.
How we use it
- To sign you in, keep your account secure and show your chats.
- To write the characters' replies. Your messages are sent to our AI model provider so it can generate a response.
- To process payments, give you coins and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To fix problems and improve the app.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run Turulov:
- An SMS or WhatsApp provider, which receives your phone number and the one-time code.
- An AI model provider, which receives the conversation needed to write a reply.
- PayU, our payment provider, which receives what is needed to process an order, such as your phone number.
- Our hosting and network providers, who carry and store the data for us.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Who can see your chats
Chats are private to your account. Our admin tools are built so that team members cannot read users' messages. The app blocks screenshots and screen recording to help keep your chats yours.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your profile, chats and media, except what we must keep for legal or payment records.
Your choices
- See and end the devices that are signed in, or sign out everywhere, in Settings.
- Edit or replace your profile at any time.
- Ask us to delete your account and data by writing to the email below.
Age
Turulov is for adults. The private chat requires you to confirm you are 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 is using the app, tell us and we will act on it.
Security
Connections to Turulov are encrypted. Session tokens are stored as hashes on our servers, and passwords are not used. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
